All About Frank Virgili Interior Design
Frank Virgili Interior Design is a solo residential practice built on one idea: a beautiful room only works if it works for the people living in it.
Frank's path into design started in retail and visual merchandising, where he learned how space, material, and light shape behavior before he ever touched a floor plan. That instinct led him to formal training in Interior Design, where he built fluency in computer-aided design, including AutoCAD and Chief Architect.
Today his practice is centered on helping clients develop their own personal style, then translating it into spaces that work. Function comes first: how a room flows, how it's used day to day, how it needs to perform over time. From there, Frank layers in material choices and design details that transform the space while staying true to the client's aesthetic, with an eye toward sustainable sourcing and finishes that hold up over the long run.
Alongside his design work, Frank teaches interior design at Gateway Technical College, work that keeps him close to materials, trends, and industry best practices.
Every project starts the same way: understanding how you live first, then designing around it.
